Daniel has an incredible knowledge of paint, technique, and an artists eye. He's not just someone who comes in to paint or renovate, he's an artist that knows how to make a home beautiful.

Daniel has done many projects for me—painting, carpentry, finish work. His work is top notch, and I would trust him with anything I have. More important than his work, Daniel is as honest as they come. If he cannot do something, he will tell you and provide recommendations for others that can do the work. A few things he has done for me: painted two of my homes—exterior and interior; constructed built-ins; completed baseboards and other finishing work; built a shed. He even built a doll house for my daughter!

Daniel is incredibly talented and a complete professional. We’ve hired him for three different projects for our home and have been very happy and satisfied with the results. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Dan painted all our shiplap, board and bat and built ins. He sprayed it all so it would look even- no streaks. He gave us the best recommendation on which paint to use and got us a discount! Prompt, timely, reasonable pricing, and super nice guy. Highly recommend.

Each of Daniel’s paint jobs have been exceptional. He repainted my basement as well as other rooms including repairing damaged baseboards and adding beautiful wall woodwork. He’s also restained my pergola and painted my front door, plus more. Every job is expertly completed in a timely way. He starts and finishes just like he says. On top of that he’s a wonderful person. It’s impossible to recommend him highly enough!

My daughter helped me find Daniel MacDonald on Facebook marketplace place. He came recommended by his sister-in-law as being meticulous and efficient. he certainly has that and more. He cleans up after himself. He does each job to perfection. I had a long list of items I needed repaired. He started by fixing the hole in my ceiling after a water leak. Then when it dried came back and painted it and textured the ceiling to match the rest. I had outside stair railings that were loose and he was able to undo them and resecure it so that they don’t wobble. Yay! He hung an outside thermometer perfectly where I could see it from inside my kitchen. He attached a no soliciting sign on my front porch and just the perfect spot. Daniel custom made an exercise workout area for me with the items I had purchased and then recommended ways to make it in and look cohesive with the rest of the room and the paint and the room. He matched the paint perfectly. Daniel is a pleasure to have in your home. He has a wonderful disposition and is a very diverse and talented builder, Painter I highly recommend him.

Daniel does high end work with excellent attention to detail. He will ensure that the job is done right. He offers experienced advice about all of the options and will even lend you the artistic eye of a designer if desired. He completely remodeled our entryway, paint, tile, the works. He even re-leveled our staircase. When he was finished it was our favorite room in the house. He also painted the entire exterior of our home leaving it looking brand new. I cannot recommend him highly enough, even if he is my brother.😉

Daniel did an amazing job with painting over some cabinets in my husband’s office. He knew exactly what type of paint to use so it wouldn’t get scratched up. It was done over 2 years ago and still looks brand new. He is very prompt and easy to work with.
