My daughter helped me find Daniel MacDonald on Facebook marketplace place. He came recommended by his sister-in-law as being meticulous and efficient. he certainly has that and more. He cleans up after himself. He does each job to perfection. I had a long list of items I needed repaired. He started by fixing the hole in my ceiling after a water leak. Then when it dried came back and painted it and textured the ceiling to match the rest. I had outside stair railings that were loose and he was able to undo them and resecure it so that they don’t wobble. Yay! He hung an outside thermometer perfectly where I could see it from inside my kitchen. He attached a no soliciting sign on my front porch and just the perfect spot. Daniel custom made an exercise workout area for me with the items I had purchased and then recommended ways to make it in and look cohesive with the rest of the room and the paint and the room.
